One of the newer design projects has been the overhaul of Nuremberg FC’s Frankenstadion.

The Frankenstadion was redeveloped at a cost of €56m to increase the capacity to around 40,000. The original Municipal Stadium was opened back in 1928 and the new arena was opened in 1991.

Last year, it hosted 3 matches during the Confederations Cup.
